Horse Adventures Serbia: 149 reservation emails delivered, zero failed — the bookings that were being lost now arrive

Reservation emails were stopping in the owner’s spam folder — bookings were being lost. I fixed the email pipeline and rebuilt the booking flow; 149 reservation emails now deliver with zero failures across 29 consecutive weeks.

What I did
  • Email pipeline fix
  • Per-tour pre-filled booking forms
  • Accordion package presentation
  • Rider-capacity feature
  • WordPress + Crocoblock build
01 The problem

Bookings were being lost to spam

Reservation emails had stopped reaching the owner (spam / delivery failure). Bookings were being lost without anyone noticing.

02 The work

Fix the pipeline, then rebuild the flow

First the delivery: the WP Mail SMTP pipeline was fixed so every booking reaches the owner’s inbox. Then the flow itself was rebuilt around each tour.

  • Each tour has a dynamic pre-filled booking form — the form knows which trail and price the visitor clicked
  • Accordion package presentation for multi-day and day trips
  • Rider-capacity feature added on client request
03 The result

29 straight weeks of zero failures

149 reservation emails delivered, 0 failed, across 29 consecutive weeks (evidence: weekly WP Mail SMTP summaries + WPForms export). ~31 real reservation requests in the post-work era (~3.3/month); peak week 14 emails (April 2026).

04 Where it stands

Record status

Per owner decision (2026-09-24) this is a named case with verified numbers and no testimonial. Revenue estimates exist but are excluded from public claims — the verified claim is delivery reliability.

  • WP Mail SMTP
  • WPForms
  • Crocoblock
  • Elementor
What is not on the record

Revenue figures (EUR 5k–13.3k, cutoff-corrected) are estimates and stay out of public claims. The verified, published claim is email delivery and request volume only. No testimonial — the owner declined the review.
