The arc
From problem to proof.
The problem
Bookings were being lost to spam
Reservation emails had stopped reaching the owner (spam / delivery failure). Bookings were being lost without anyone noticing.
The work
Fix the pipeline, then rebuild the flow
First the delivery: the WP Mail SMTP pipeline was fixed so every booking reaches the owner’s inbox. Then the flow itself was rebuilt around each tour.
- Each tour has a dynamic pre-filled booking form — the form knows which trail and price the visitor clicked
- Accordion package presentation for multi-day and day trips
- Rider-capacity feature added on client request
The result
29 straight weeks of zero failures
149 reservation emails delivered, 0 failed, across 29 consecutive weeks (evidence: weekly WP Mail SMTP summaries + WPForms export). ~31 real reservation requests in the post-work era (~3.3/month); peak week 14 emails (April 2026).
