Success story
Eva Italian Academy
A direct-booking system that processed 42 bookings in its first ~3.5 months
Eva taught Italian through a third-party platform and wanted to own her client relationships — recurring and new students booking directly with her. I built a complete direct-booking system: website, scheduling, packages, courses, digital products, and a Skool community.

The arc
From problem to proof.
The problem
Teaching on a rented channel
Eva taught through a third-party teaching platform and wanted to own her client relationships: recurring and new students booking directly with her.
The work
A complete direct-booking system
Not just a website — the full path from visitor to paying student, built around her teaching personality.
- Website as the brand hub for her teaching personality
- TidyCal scheduling connected to the site
- Lesson packages, including dedicated packages for her existing platform students to ease migration
- Courses section — structured course content and on-site presentation
- Digital products on top of courses
- Skool community — advised against a paid WhatsApp group (one-time link-leak problem) and built the community there instead
The result
Verified bookings and a price rise that held
42 bookings total in the first ~3.5 months (38 completed + 4 upcoming, zero cancellations); 8 unique students; the $25 → $28 price rise held after launch. Evidence: TidyCal export, 2026-09-20.
Where it stands
Honest status
Bookings to date came via the direct/TidyCal channel — existing students migrating — NOT via website marketing. The site has not been marketed yet; the agreed next step (leveraging her social presence) is paused on client circumstances.
very professional ... I'm really happy with the website
